Privacy Policy
What UniNotes collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to get a copy of it or have it deleted. Written to be read rather than to satisfy a lawyer.
What we collect
Your account details, the course and university you choose, and the content you create in the app: notes, flashcards, calendar events and tasks. We collect analytics only if you consent to it.
Why we collect it
To run the app. Your notes are stored so they survive a new phone; your course is stored so your modules appear. We do not sell data and we do not use advertising trackers.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You can request a copy of everything we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Deleting your account removes your notes, calendar, messages and every other record we hold.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. When you delete your account the data goes with it.

How do I delete my account?
Settings, then Privacy, then Delete account. It removes everything, not just your login.
Do you sell my data?
No. Never have, and there is no advertising on UniNotes.
